Just a couple hours north of Spokane, tucked along the quiet shoreline of Lower Arrow Lake in British Columbia, Lakeside Castlegar Cabins offers the kind of escape that feels like stumbling into a happy accident. It’s not polished or fancy, and that’s exactly its charm.
The off-grid cabins are painted in vibrant, unexpected colors, like a slice of the Mediterranean dropped into the Canadian wilderness. Surrounded by forest and perched at the edge of the glassy lake, the setting is simple and stunning.
